Sunrise is a local Northeast Pennsylvania property preservation company based in Scranton Pennsylvania,
We currently service Lackawanna, Wyoming, and Luzerne counties.
Sunrise Property Services & Tree Removal was formed in 2014. Sunrise may be new, but our team has over five years of property maintenance experience combined.
Sunrise is currently working closely with the SBA to perfect our business and expand across our entire state.
Sunrise is fully insured, licensed, and plans to be WBE certified in the upcoming months.

Our company, Sunrise Property Services & Tree Removal LLC, has been in business for 5 1/2 years. We perform different types of services for multiple national clients and are currently growing our network of contractors. We are looking for reliable contractors to perform inspections, property preservation, REO, and FHA work in Pennsylvania. We are recruiting vendors familiar with FHA guidelines and have the capabilities to perform the services listed below.
Services to include but not limited to:
· Winterizations
· Debris Removal
· Initial Securing and Lock Changes
· Snow Removal
· Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping
· Prepare Bids and Reports
· Repairs
· Inspections
· Evictions
Requirements:
For all work you must supply your own vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, computer, smart phone with Wi-fi, etc. We require an Aspen Grove account, background check and request all vendors use the Pruvan mobile app. For insurance you must carry a minimum of $1M in General Liability. Workers Compensation insurance is required if you have employees or a letter of exemption is acceptable. All vendors are advised to carry HUD keys.
